prospective purchasers.
-
Regularly update the owner, by e mail, on the number of enquiries received and
the level of interest being shown in the vessel.
-
Handle prospective purchasers' enquiries.
-
Immediately inform the owner, by phone, of a prospective purchaser wishing to
view the vessel.
-
Arrange and conduct the viewings.
-
Should the prospective purchaser, having viewed the vessel, wish to proceed to
the next stage they will pay a 10% fully refundable deposit to our client
account. They may then employ surveyors at their own expense. Sea trials may be
requested by the prospective purchaser, which will be conducted with the owners
supervision or with a skipper appointed by the owner.
-
Once the prospective purchaser is happy with the condition of the vessel and
its documentation they will pay the remainder of the purchase price to our
client account.
-
Once in receipt of properly executed, relevant change of ownership
documentation the net proceeds of the sale, after having deducted our
commission, will be transferred to an account/accounts as directed by the owner
within seven working days of clearance of the final payment from the purchaser.
-
No sale no fee.
The Seller will:

Present the vessel in a clean, suitably
valeted, ready-for-viewing condition when required.
