The main
engine has been thoroughly overhauled in this ownership, in
addition to normal servicing the following work has been carried
out to the unit – new Hurth gearbox 2006, exhaust piping
replaced 2005, injectors serviced and cleaned 2006, raw water
pump replaced 2007, new alternator delivering 120 amps installed
2008, fuel leads from primary filter to engine replaced 2008,
Aqua Drive fully serviced 2008, engine fuel pump serviced and
new seals fitted 2008.
The engineroom is at standing height and it has a vice and work
bench and access to service engine and generator is good. Twin Racor fuel filters and water alarm indicators
for both the generator and main engine |

Deck Equipment |

Accommodation |
Berths:
Eight berths in four cabins, excluding the saloon
Cabins two double, one twin and crew accommodation forward with
2 fixed berths
Joinery is executed in teak and this was revarnished in 2009.
The joinery styling detail is designed to be modern and
co-ordinated, whilst remaining practical and durable in use at
sea. The essential features are: sculpted fiddles and grabrails,
“shadow-gap” joints between joinery panels, solid shaped oak and
stainless steel grabhandles, Oyster custom knobs for lockers and
drawers.
The interior has been kept to a high standard and was upgraded
significantly in the refit in Australia in 2008. Work included
new interior switches and fittings, new mirrors, and soleboards
revarnished throughout. A new book shelf was fabricated in the
owner’s cabin, the shower basin was refabricated and new shower
doors were fitted in the owners cabin and forward double cabin.
The drinks cabinet was re-designed to create the maximum storage
for wine and a new glasses cabinet was fitted.

forward-facing chart table and bookshelf.
Galley to port with twin stainless steel sinks in central area
beneath cockpit. Gimballed Force 10 FT 645PR cooker in stainless
steel with 4 burners, grill and oven. This runs on propane with
a Matrix gas alarm system. Extractor fan over cooker fitted
2008. Combination microwave oven with turntable switch.
Front-opening fridge and top-loading freezer. Work surfaces with upstands in Avonite. Customised crockery and glass stowage.
Storage jar racks/shelves Large rubbish bin fitted inside a
locker door by sink. 3 large drawers to enlarge pan storage
2008. New headlinings in galley 2008.
Owner’s Aft Cabin with 6’6” double berth offset from the
centreline and curved settee to port. Alcantara upholstery. High
quality battening system beneath mattresses for added comfort
and ventilation. Vanity unit with mirror and stool beneath.
Perfume bottle storage locker. Large hanging lockers and shelved
clothes storage lockers. Large mirror with adjustable halogen
spotlights. Bookshelves.

Construction details |
Hull GRP
hull is laid up single skin with structural stringers and floors
to designer’s specification, with all laminating carried out by
hand to a high standard.
• Hull: colour white with blue cove line and double boot top
lines, the hull was completely resprayed in 2008.
• Deck: Deck structure moulded in GRP with balsa core for
strength and insulation
• Hull and deck structure are moulded in a Lloyds’ approved
facility.
